By downloading, installing, or using iTasbih Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

• Multiple counting modes (Touch, Walking, Driving)
• Voice recognition for hands-free counting
• Custom dhikr creation and management
• Daily spiritual goals tracking
• iCloud sync capabilities
• Islamic themes and customization options

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND DATA

3.1 iCloud Integration

• The App uses iCloud to sync your data across devices
• You must maintain your own iCloud account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3.2 Data Management

• You control your data within the App
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

4.1 You Agree To:

• Use the App for its intended spiritual purposes
• Provide accurate information when creating custom dhikr
• Respect the App's intended functionality
• Maintain appropriate use of voice recognition features

4.2 You Agree Not To:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or hack the App

5. PREMIUM FEATURES

5.1 One-Time Purchase

• Premium features are available through a one-time purchase
• Family Sharing is enabled for premium features
• No recurring subscriptions are required

5.2 Refunds

• Refund requests must be made through the App Store
• We do not directly process refunds

  • iCloud
  • Core Location (for Qibla direction)
• Usage is subject to Apple's terms and conditions

7.2 Dependencies

• The App may use open-source components
• All components are used in compliance with their licenses

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy of dhikr counting
• Voice recognition accuracy
• Qibla direction precision
• Availability of iCloud sync

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or spiritual records
• Interruption of service
• Issues arising from device compatibility

10. CHANGES TO THE APP
